I’ve been experimenting with watercolor paint recently. Acrylic is still my number one but I love trying different mediums when I have the opportunity. Since I started Bookmarks for Humanity where I do a lot of doodling and freeform art I decided to venture out of my acrylic shell.
I love the mixture of watercolor and black ink but was STRUGGLING with getting the ink to show up or not bleed underneath the watercolor. I had no idea waterproof ink pens existed! As soon as I found out I headed straight to Michael’s Craft Store to get my hands on some.
Unfortunately I could not find a single option in store so I moved my search online. I ended up settling on the following two products: Sakura Pigma Professional Set and Faber-Castell PITT Artist Pen. Luckily they came lightning fast.
WHAT A GAME CHANGER!!!
