I put the world on pause for one week. Time stood still. I just got my cell phone back… despite my desire to stay hidden away in my cave, i’m back. Oh and this time it’s “No man”. Just the opposite of “Yes man” the movie where Jim Carrey has to say yes to everything.
I need to try out the word no. I’m taking baby steps 
I actually declined a movie invite last night! Milk is probably a good movie but it’s not really my cup of tea. Instead of making up some random excuse of why I couldn’t go. Or sucking it up and regretting it after. I told them the truth and said no!!!
It was a great feeling. I’m way too nice. I’m going to stay nice but I need to be more honest with how I feel. I believe in myself. Just read the XXX vitamin water label. I can’t quite remember what it said but I remember it was inspiring! Something about sex and the city and being a healthy woman. Oh and the flavor is good too 
The point is it’s over red rover! I’m tired of bending over for the “Man”.
