Awww I’m watching Jingle All the Way and Turboman just caught his son flying through the air. I wish Turboman was here… I’d like to go flying through the sky It was definitely a cute family movie. I’m here with my family now. It’s been a really nice visit. My brother is stripping now… don’t ask me why haha. He’s crazy.

We’re supposed to go the mall tomorrow. More junk in my trunk. Then it’s off to a miniature castle… Amanda’s house. I can’t believe it’s about to be 2009! Insane in the membrane. I have so many things I want to do in the new year. The tricky part is going to be juggling them all and keeping my head straight. My first step… I’ve joined a volunteer organization. Well I signed up online and the organization is closed till January 5th so we’ll see if they still have a spot It’s planting trees in San Francisco. I’m really passionate about the environment so I figure it’s a good place to start.

Final Note — Arnold Schwarzenegger isn’t half bad hehe

I put the world on pause for one week. Time stood still. I just got my cell phone back… despite my desire to stay hidden away in my cave, i’m back. Oh and this time it’s “No man”. Just the opposite of “Yes man” the movie where Jim Carrey has to say yes to everything.

I need to try out the word no. I’m taking baby steps I actually declined a movie invite last night! Milk is probably a good movie but it’s not really my cup of tea. Instead of making up some random excuse of why I couldn’t go. Or sucking it up and regretting it after. I told them the truth and said no!!!

It was a great feeling. I’m way too nice. I’m going to stay nice but I need to be more honest with how I feel. I believe in myself. Just read the XXX vitamin water label. I can’t quite remember what it said but I remember it was inspiring! Something about sex and the city and being a healthy woman. Oh and the flavor is good too The point is it’s over red rover! I’m tired of bending over for the “Man”.

Final Note — Just say no!

Today was a crazy day. They’ve decided to shake up the desk arrangements at work. Which really sucks because I love my current seat. I have the most awesomeness couch! I also am around people I feel comfortable with. They know the “real” me. The one that’s not afraid to argue a point even if she isn’t right The biggest issue I see is me being separated from my department. We have work related conversations on a daily basis. I guess I’ll finally have a use for my work phone!

I’m going to miss my co-workers… its weird. You get used to seeing the same people everyday. I’m scared. I don’t know what’s next. But I wasn’t ready for change Hey everything happens for a reason right? Maybe fate will bring me a hot guy in the form of a new hire haha. Just kidding! Never mix work and pleasure. It’s not fun.
